FOR SALE MG TD

Race Prepared for (Lime Rock), Fully restored, returned to stock appearance in a Full body off restoration that cost more than 60k.

It has a race prepared 1798 cc MGB engine and drive train with a high lift race cam, high compression head and a Weber carburetor that puts out about 120 horsepower. The radiator was modified to handle the load and the electrical system upgraded to 12 volts with a Bosch alternator and electronic ignition. It has front wheel disc brakes from an MGB and rear tube shocks. Steering is rack and pinion. The steering wheel is original Brookstone. Currently it is also fitted with reproduction Brookstone windscreens. It has a full windshield, wipers and top but no side curtains.

This car is easily capable of sustained 70-75 mph driving and is very reliable and easy to drive. At 60 it is perfectly in its power band and third pulls all the way from just moving to 60+mph.

Its performance is spectacular!
